Shawn (Gord) Gordon Jung

Shawn Gordon Jung passed away unexpectedly at his home in Vancouver, BC on January 10th 2023 at the age of 64.

Gord was predeceased by his wife Christina Jung (Haas) 2017, parents Armin Jung (2014), Janet Jung (2016).
He will be sadly missed by his sons Shawn Stanley Jung (Corrina) and Shane Matthew Jung (Talia); and his brothers Les (Barb) and Stan (Kim).
Lovingly remembered by his six grandchildren living on Vancouver Island Braydin Jung-DeVlieger, Trinity Jung, Chloe Jung, Briella Jung, Arielle Jung, and Christian Jung.
Gord is also remembered by several aunts and uncles as well as many nieces and nephews.

To Dave and Elizabeth Brown, who treated Gord like one of your own brothers. 
For so many years, never judging, being there and always giving unlimited support. 
Our family thanks you with all our hearts.

We would like to thank the many close family and friends who shared their condolences during these difficult times.

We would also like to thank the staff of Smyth & Yuen apartments for all the help and support over the many years that Gord resided in the building.
 

There will be a private family interment at a later date.
