Obituary

It is with profound sadness we announce that on January 16th of 2023, our loving sister; Roseanne Josette Thorsteinson, at the age of 75, has passed away peacefully at the Irene Thomas Hospice.

Roseanne will be fondly remembered for her gift of singing, her fun-loving free spirit and especially her giving heart. She always shared whatever meager means she possessed. She was a wonderful caregiver to Dr. Campbell for 25 years.

She is predeceased by her precious son Jesse, her parents Delvina and Eustache Dugas, her sister Lorna Hanzel, her brothers Tasho Dugas and Ronnie Dugas.

Roseanne will be dearly missed by her daughter Vicki-Lynn Behnke, her grandsons Christian Stillert and Matthew Stillert and her great-granddaughter Silver Stillert.

Roseanne lives on through:

Her sisters: Rona Edwards, Annette Ranger, Yvonne Irvine, Delvina Denault, Mimi Thompson

Her brothers: Andre Dugas, Donnie Dugas

Many nieces, nephews back home in Ontario, dear friends in Delta BC and her church family at Life Church which she was devoted to.

A special thank you to Maureen Breland (friend and caregiver) and to all the nurses and staff at the Irene Thomas hospice for the loving care you showed our sister.

By request: there is to be no service.
