Gord passed away suddenly on May 3, 2018 in Hope BC, the town where he was born and raised, loved, worked and raised his own family. Gord loved to work and was employed in the pipeline, trucking and construction industries during his career. He loved his family and friends, enjoyed riding his dirt bike, camping, fishing, exploring and taking many road trips with his wife on their Harley. Gord will be sadly missed by his many family members and friends.

Gord is predeceased by his father William (known as Bill), and mother Frieda. He leaves behind his wife Lisa, sons: Aaron, Jason and Colin, sister Addie (Cliff) Murphy, brother John (Cheryl) Hedlund, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 2 pm at Grace Baptist Church, 949 Third Ave, Hope BC.
