It is with great sadness we must announce the passing of June Taylor (nee Nickle) who passed away peacefully on April 15, 2023 at the age of 90.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Bill in 2013 and daughter-in-law Theresa in 2023. June is lovingly remembered by her daughters Linda (Dan), Susan (Mitch), Diane (Scott), son Bill, grandchildren Jason (Liz), Cory (Joanne), Charlene (Keith), Adam (Terrilyn), Will and Nick and great grandchildren, Taylor, Carter, Adalyn, Olivia, Jack and Kit.
June loved and supported her family in all their endeavours. Whether in the stands, on the sidelines, or a chat and cup of tea, June was a constant and steady presence. A long-time resident of Burnaby she enjoyed playing bridge, traveling and spending time with friends and family. She spent much of her life doing volunteer work and caring for friends, family and neighbours. It is difficult for us to think about a world without her but we will draw from her strength and loyalty in order to move forward. May she rest in peace.
