Gina (Rota) Greco

Gina Greco passed away peacefully at Vancouver General Hospital on October 18, 2019 at the age of 80 years.

Gina was born in Carolei, Cosenza, Italy on May 29, 1939 to parents Rosina and Marino Rota.

She leaves to mourn her husband Francesco, her son Tony, daughter Lina, and grandchildren Franco, Mario, and Laura. She also leaves brother Tony (Gina), sister Rachele (Giovanni), and brother Frank (Donna) along with numerous nephews, nieces and their families.

She is predeceased by her parents and her son Mario.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, 2028 West 7th Ave, Vancouver on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 10:30 am, with Father Andrew Stendzina, celebrant. Entombment will follow at Ocean View Burial Park at 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to The BC Lupus Society, #210, 888 West 8th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V5Z 3Y1.
