Dorothy Sitek

April 24, 1962 - Aug 31, 2017

Dorothy passed away suddenly due to cancer related causes. She is survived by her mother Zuzanna Sitek and loving friends. As president of Generations Communications Inc, she had the opportunity to work with, and befriend, people from coast to coast.

A common theme for many who met her was, "the minute we met, we hit it off!" Dorothy was known for her smart wit, keen intellect, and perhaps more so, her infinite wisdom. A lover of a good news hook, political discussion, and any kind of animal video, she will be remembered for her incredible thoughtfulness, generosity, and of course... the best giggle ever!

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the BCSPCA. A Celebration of Dorothy's Life will be held from 5-8pm, with a short program beginning at 5:30pm, on Monday, October 23, 2017 at Seasons in the Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, West 33rd Avenue (at Cambie), in the Skyline Room.
