Bernard Mike (Benny) Papp passed away suddenly on March 23, 2024 at the age of 88. He is survived by his sister Anne, his three sons Christopher, Richard, and Paul, two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Benny was predeceased by his loving wife of 60 years, Violet, in 2020. 

Benny lived his life always putting others first. He was a hard worker and a devoted son, husband, and father. He was kind, generous and had a great sense of humour. He took things in stride and persevered in the face of adversity. He stood as an example to his sons. In his retirement years, Benny enjoyed building and fixing things, working outside doing yard work, and home improvements. He also loved road trips, visiting friends and his favorite restaurants. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
