Aleksander Zagorac

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our cherished Aleksandar Zagorac on December 19, 2025, at the age of 51. Aleksandar was born on May 23, 1974, in Edmonton, Alberta.

Aleksandar’s years were marked by the relationships he built, the work he dedicated himself to, and the quiet strength he carried through life.

Deeply mourned by his mother Diane, sister Katherine, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, who will carry his memory forward with gratitude and affection. His father predeceased Aleksandar.

Though his time was far too short, the impact he made endures.

1130:  Church Services will be held at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, 505 E 63rd Ave, Vancouver, BC V5X 2K3

 2 pm:  Burial is conducted at Sunnyside Lawn Cemetery Address: 14850 28 Ave, Surrey, BC V4P at

4 pm: A cooked meal is served at the church's lower hall at the above church address.
