What does this mean for my pre-planned contract?

Martin Brothers Funeral Services will honour your existing pre-planned contract, ensuring (1) that all your wishes will be carried as you wanted, (2) we will guarantee all pricing contracted to you by Elements and (3) we will carry out services at time of passing with the utmost care and expertise and over 100 years of experience.

What happens when we need the services from Martin Brothers?

At any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you can reach one of our Funeral Professionals. We would be happy to discuss your pre-planned wishes, assist with the pre-planned contract transfer, or simply to introduce ourselves and showcase our facility.

How do I complete the transfer of my pre-planned contract?

There is no need to re-write a pre-planned contract, Martin Brothers will guarantee all items and fees outlined in your original pre-planned contract with Elements. The official record of your transfer will be given to Consumer Protection BC.
