For those who have prepaid with Elements there will be no changes or disruption to your coverage. At death Martin Brothers will provide the services and products as listed on your Elements contract.

Martin Brothers will continue to offer the same level of professionalism and expertise you have come to expect with Elements; their directors are available to you and your family 24/7. Martin Brothers will offer flexible arrangement options, meeting families at their Burnaby location or at your home throughout the lower Mainland/Fraser Valley or contracting out for clients living throughout Canada.

For added value Martin Brothers is located at 4305 Halifax Street in Burnaby, on the grounds of Pacific Heritage Cemetery. You now have casket and urn burial options that are amongst the most competitive in Vancouver - at the same location as the funeral home. A one stop for funeral and cemetery.

There is no need to write a new pre-planning contract with any funeral home or sales representative. Simply assign your contract to Martin Brothers.

It is your right to use another funeral home, other than Martin Brothers, but your Elements contract may not be honored as it was written. Aside from Martin Brothers no funeral home will be legally obligated to honour your pre-planning contract unless you negotiate with them directly. Once you have submitted the form your Elements file and documentation will be physically transferred to the Martin Brothers Burnaby location and there will be no disruption in services.
